Pre-order Cancellations

Since Sniffle Buddy is currently available for preorder, you may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident trying Sniffle Buddy.

Due to the hygienic nature of the product, we offer a 14-day return window on unopened items. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of this product, used items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
